As they continue to enhance their campaign content strategy across the EMEA region, they are seeking a skilled Senior Content Manager to join their dynamic team.
About the Role
The Senior Content Manager will design, lead, and deliver an effective campaign content strategy to position the organisation as a workplace integrator while driving sales retention, leads, and positive customer behaviour across the EMEA region.
This role will involve providing key inputs into campaign planning, audience insights, messaging, and competitor analysis, while facilitating content development for pan-EMEA campaigns.
The successful candidate will work closely with the EMEA Campaign function and Content Co-creation team to manage synchronised content activation across the region, ensuring a joined-up go-to-market approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content strategies for pan-EMEA marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research into preferences and behaviour regarding content consumption to inform the campaign content strategy.
- Oversee the production of high-quality customer-centric content, including blog posts, sales presentations, email campaigns, landing pages, video scripts, and eBooks.
- Build productive partnerships with the EMEA Content Co-creation team, agencies, and stakeholders to produce influential content that supports marketing objectives.
- Monitor content performance metrics (KPIs) and maintain dialogue with Operating Companies (OpCos) to understand asset effectiveness and improve ROI.
- Ensure adherence to SEO best practices in all content to drive organic traffic.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong proofreading and copywriting abilities.
- Clear commercial understanding of the connection between business strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
- Expertise in content creation across key functional areas such as demand marketing, sales enablement, and customer engagement.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly for targeted communication throughout the buyer-customer journey.
- Agile, adaptable, and proactive, with strong project management and organisational skills.
Qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant field with 7-10 years of experience in a dedicated B2B marketing/ content campaign role.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive team player with good stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Technical understanding of digital platforms, including content management systems.
