This role offers a fantastic opportunity to craft impactful content focused on alternatives, investments, and investment management, helping to drive internal engagement while working closely with analysts and investment teams to communicate their insights across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Writing & Messaging: Craft and refine internal communications, particularly around investment strategies, alternatives, and financial topics. Collaborate with analysts and investment teams to convey complex financial information clearly and engagingly to a non-technical audience.
Collaborative Strategy: Partner with leadership and investment professionals to shape strategic campaigns that align with company objectives and improve employee understanding of the firm’s financial initiatives.
Data-Driven Storytelling: Leverage data and insights to help measure and enhance the effectiveness of internal communications, focusing on key investment themes and performance metrics.
Knowledge Sharing & Engagement: Support firmwide knowledge-sharing initiatives across various media formats, helping to foster a connected and informed workplace, particularly around investment-related activities.
About You
Experience:
2-5 years of professional experience in corporate writing, with a strong focus on investments, financial services, alternatives, or investment management.
Experience in strategy roles (e.g., Chief of Staff or Project Management) is a plus.
Comfort working closely with investment professionals is essential.
Skills:
Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to translate complex investment and financial topics into clear, engaging communications.
Financial literacy or an interest in data analysis is a bonus.
Team-Oriented: Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels, particularly with investment teams and analysts, and work across departments.

Salary Range:
Competitive annual base salary between $100,000 to $150,000, with a comprehensive variable compensation package, including a year-end bonus.
