The Challenge

​Hollis, a leading independent real estate consultancy, required interim leadership within their marketing and communications function. Following the start of a significant new phase for the business with a refreshed management board and newly appointed CEO in 2024, the company sought an experienced senior marketing communications professional who could step in immediately and bring both strategic and operational clarity to support Hollis' drive for sustainable, profitable growth.

The ideal candidate needed to support and advise the senior leadership team, work seamlessly across the marketing, communications and bids function and build relationships with teams of surveyors, engineers, ESG consultants, and project managers, to communicate a clear narrative aligned with Hollis’ evolving brand and employee-owned culture.
