About the Role
The Corporate Content Manager will be instrumental in developing and delivering engaging and impactful corporate content across the EMEA region.
Reporting to the Head of Content EMEA, the successful candidate will lead the creation of corporate assets across owned, earned, and paid channels, including the corporate website, social media, and events.
This role requires a collaborative spirit, as you will work closely with the PR & Social Media Manager and senior marketing stakeholders to support external activation and promote a new go-to-market approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead an always-on corporate content programme.
- Create and manage high-quality customer-centric corporate content, including blog posts, corporate presentations, web pages, video scripts, and speeches.
- Support the corporate event programme by developing pre, during, and post-event content for various audiences.
- Build productive partnerships with EMEA Marketing teams, agencies, and stakeholders to identify key themes and messages that resonate with the audience.
- Collaborate with Digital and Demand teams to enhance the corporate website's online presence through SEO-optimised content.
- Provide copywriting, editing, and proofreading support to ensure high-quality outputs across all customer touchpoints.
- Maintain dialogue with Operating Companies (OpCos) to understand content performance and boost ROI.
- Monitor content performance metrics (KPIs) and maintain guidance and templates for content governance.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to draft both long- and short-form content and connect business strategy with market trends to create compelling customer-centric narratives.
- Proactive individual with strong project management and organisational skills.
- Experience working in an international environment with an understanding of cultural nuances.
Qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant field with 6-7 years of experience in a corporate marketing role, including EMEA experience, focusing on content marketing and communications.
- Exceptional attention to detail, proofreading, and copywriting skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
