External Communications Associate
Our client is a leading global investment and technology firm who are seeking a highly skilled communicator to join their External Communications team. This team plays a pivotal role in advancing strategic communications initiatives, supporting commercial and talent goals, and shaping the firm’s external brand.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders across recruiting, communications, technology, and investment functions to deliver high-impact messaging.
Develop strategies and narratives that support branding, marketing, and recruitment initiatives.
Create compelling content, including video scripts, social media posts, conference materials, and other storytelling assets.
Provide tailored communications support to business units across the firm.
Translate complex technical and financial concepts into engaging, accessible messaging.
Manage multiple creative projects from concept through execution, ensuring consistency and quality.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic and professional achievement.
2–4 years of marketing or communications experience, ideally within the investment, technology, or agency sectors.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and creative communication skills.
Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with curiosity for brand-building and innovation.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary in the range of $125,000 – $150,000, plus a guaranteed first-year bonus.
